We bake larger than average "country style" loaves, weighing approximately two pounds each. Our bread is baked in the mornings at The Corson Building in Georgetown using our conventional ovens as well as the outdoor, wood burning oven.
Bread will be available Tuesday - Saturday after 2pm at Sitka & Spruce in the Melrose Market on a first come, first served basis.
