bread

our sourdough bread:  water, flour, & sea salt.   we bake larger than average "country style" loaves, weighing approximately two pounds each. our bread is baked in the mornings at the corson building in georgetown using our conventional ovens as well as the outdoor, wood burning oven.   available tuesday ~ saturday after 2 pm at  sitka & spruce, in the melrose market.  requests for bread can be made by an email to info@thecorsonbuilding.com  thank you.
